There are several products that will do the trick for you.
1. There's CrossWorks, a package that allows you to hook your PC up to your ][
so you can exchange files between the two (a bit of an overkill for you I
think, unless you do this like every day.)
2. System software 6.1 for the GS has an MS-DOS read-only FST, which will
you to read MS-DOS formatted floppies. (Perhaps a bit of an underkill)
3. The way I would do it would be to upload the file someplace and then
download it to the other system. This works even better if you can have
your PC call your ][, or vice versa. You can just connect the two modems
together with phone wire (don't even plug it into the phone) and on the
system you want to be the client, you can "dial up" the other by typing
"ATD".
