Too early to tell.  Appleworks 2.x and 3.0 could be modified with PlusWorks 
III to work on II+'s.  I believe DBDoubler would work on the modfied aw
too.  Timeout doesn't, or at least I always believed strongly enough that
it wouldn't that I never tried.  If TO does work, maybe a PlusWorks IV could
be written.  Or use a PlusWorks modified aw3.0 and patch the AW4.0 on top
of that.  I'm just guessing that some thinks would break, and AW4 won't work
on a II+.  Just guessing, for now.  But I'll try when aw4.0 gets here.  (I
have ordered it in advance from Quality Computers :-) )
