According to the manual, it will do just fine. Apple High-Speed uses
1:1 interleave like the RamFAST, so you don't really need to reformat it.
A good place to buy it? Try TMS @ 800-ASK-4TMS or maybe Sequential
Systems ( which took RamFAST over from CVT ) will sell it direct.
