Ian, this may help in your debugging.  After playing around with MZ and
sT, I found that the "missing instrument" shows up under sT as 14k.  sT
0.63 doesn't have a keyboard so I can't test the sound.  Under MZ, it
doesn't show the size but playing on the MZ keyboard produces "You shall
not copy this game" instead of the siren (which should be instrument C or
D, around that area).  BTW, the "You shall not copy this game" voice
appears in the last (31st) instrument after a long list of crossed
instruments following the supposed siren.

Could it be that MZ made a mistake and duplicated the last instrument,
replacing the siren as a result?
