I also see the point, but agree completely.

Why not support those people involved in the GS music arena...SoundSmith as
a musical composition tool is a joke ( I believe we have already had this
debate). The best thing one could do would be to encourage development of
SynthLab based programs ( have a look at Bard's Tales I and II and DWGS),
encourage the Mod supporters to have translators and editors going, etc...
SoundSmith is a poor excuse of a musical program, and certainly as a midi
sequencer/editor one can't take it seriously.
As a side note, the Mac doesn't need SoundSmith.
