I have my GS hooked up over a network to a NEC SilentWriter 95f right now
and it works fine.  I've also had it hooked up before to Apple Laserwriters
when I was working at Chevron and brought my GS in to work.  So I can say
that at least my GS can print over a network.  Are you sure the network
stuff is installed correctly?  Does it even let you see the printer?
