Person who wrote the Subtitler for the Apple IIgs with VOC

 I am trying to find the person who wrote the Subtitler program for the Apple
IIgs with the Video Overlay Card.
 I have aquired the program from a friend of mine and tried it out. After many
long test runs I have found some Programing bugs, and wish to relay them to
the programs creator.
