Someone already mentioned the "file_based" folder on Asimov.

http://usotsuki.hoshinet.org/crunch/ has several, but they use a 
nonstandard OS (the original set and the 2.0 set use RDOS, the 
newcrunch.zip disks use an even more stripped-down bootloader called 
GameDOS).
