Ian, I can see how you arrive at your feeling, I sort of felt the same
way, and then I won one of the sample issues that Joe offered here on
the Internet. After looking it over, I sent my subscription check along
to Joe. One look convinced me, and for me to send a check is a stop or
two above trying to get money from a stone. Take Joe up on his offer
of a freebie, and see if you don't change your mind. After all, if he does
not live upto his promise to deliver a publication of interest, he also
offers your money back. What more can you ask for??
