I can't help you get it running... but, I do have an editor, that will let you
go in and muck up Sosaria, and turn the cities into what ever you want.  Also
have a whole noter world that was re-created for Ultima III, it in the OLD 
DOS 3.3 format though.

I will have to dig it up... but it would be fun.  :)
