These look like the Apple II Service Notes that dealers had to pay for as part
of their dealership/service center agreement.

I (and many others) have copies of these. I've been considering scanning the
whole lot of them and posting them to A2Central but I've always been a little
worried about Apple Inc.

Well, they're out in the wild now.
