I've had this error crop up too, but only when I reformatted my
Xebec 1410 SASI volume. The RF crashes at the end of the format
process and I have to power-cycle my Apple //e.
Usually, when the RF card would crash, it never made it far enough
to report the actual error code. But those days are past since
I haven't had to muck about in the utilities anymore.
