     My father owns an Apple ][ Standard.  Going strong since 1980!
 
I started out with a Franklin Ace 1000 in 1980/1.  I recenty got another
one, but itnow sits on the floor and acts as an amplifier (with Phasor card)
for the two IIGSes in the room.
