fixfontmgr is also available on AOL.  In fact, two versions are.  The original
one by Nathan Mates, and a revised one by Barnabas which uses the correct
protocol for patching the Tool dispatcher.  (Nathans was done in Jul 93,
Barnabas in Aug 93).  Get the later one.

I need to study to the docs to see if it is freeware or shareware and if I
can put it on grind.isca.uiowa.edu.  Do you want binscii/shrinkit archive
or straight shrinkit archive on grind?
