No, you can't attach a 5 1/4 to a SuperDrive controller. Whether you need
a controller card, depends on your Apple II model; you need one for
Apple ][ and Apple //e, but you don't need it for the IIgs (and, of course
the //c, but there you can't put any controller anyway... :-) )
