I did not publish the bit file on purpose - it is important to
understand that if you load it into the flash on Carte Blanche there is
no way to revert to JAT. So it should only be used by the proud owners
of JTAG cables. If you have one but don't want to build the
configuration yourself with free Xilinx tools send me e-mail.
