Under ProDos you could also create a very simple read/write program which
simply reads the disk and the writes it back out. The read/write could be
set up to handle the bad sectors so that it tries it several times and then
gives up if it can't read it.
Under DOS 3.3 this would have been much harder. But under DOS 3.3 you also
would have been able to have more control (if I remember correctly) over
what the disk drive did.
The Copy ][ Plus suggestion is also very good. Or, if you have ProSel,
you might want to try Block Warden or Beach Comber (I believe?). Which
will try to recover the bad places on the diskette.
