CD-ROM drive on a RamFAST

By a strange turn of events, I've become the owner of a new AppleCD 300 CD-ROM
drive, which I want to use on my IIgs with a RamFAST D (ROM 3.01a).  Needless
to say, the manual for the drive doesn't even mention the Apple II and GS/OS,
let alone the RamFAST, and I'm at a bit of a loss as to which drivers (Apple
and/or RamFAST) I should be using in GS/OS and how the RamFAST should be
configured.  Any help you can give me would be appreciated.  Thanks!
