Availability of 6.0.1 and programming docs

Is System 6.0.1 officially available anywhere other than Resource
Central yet?  (e.g. through user groups, BRCC, licensed versions
distributed with programs, etc.)?

Has anyone actually got 6.0.1 (legally) from somewhere other than
Resource Central?

If not, then why is it taking so long?


I saw a note in the release notes saying that full programming
documentation will be released as an addendum to "Programmer's
Reference for System 6.0".  How soon is this likely to be released,
and how?

Since Byte Works had registration cards for the main manual, I assume
they'll be handling it, in a similar manner to software updates.
