I was thinking about it, but do I need business license and stuff? I'm
thinking about starting a small mail-order place, operating over e-mails.
Any recommendations/tips on how to start? I want to work things out before
I ask my dad for the loan. :)

If I do it, I want to order lot of parts and I can lower the price. And
I dunno if they're sell me stuff cheap with of some kind of business title.

Upgrading to ~12mhz is really plug-and-go, but I realize some people just
don't like dealing with it. There are also GAL versions to worry about
on the TWGS. And sometimes soldering on the Zip.
