It shoule be at cco.caltech.edu, in the pub/apple2/uploads directory.
the file name should be something like "moriags.v1.0.shk".

As far as I know, only 1 is allowed.

Don't know about this one. Don't know why you would want to either. :)
Actually, UniDOS/AmiDOS allows you to have 2 400K "partitions" on a 800K
disk, but the catch is that it is a "replacement" for DOS 3.3.
