Macintosh and IBM disk sector formats are compatible, with different
directory structures.
Apple II 5.25" disks use the same media, but different controller and
sectoring so that they
are incompatible. Your easiest option is to use a serial link and connect
a mac to an
apple II with comm programs, or use a bulletin board as an intermediary.
We have a PC card
called "Apple Turnover" which allowed an IBM drive to read an Apple disk,
but it was not
the most cost effective or reliable.
