65c02/65c816 Assembler?

	I'm looking for a book on 6502 assembly for the Apple II.

	Anybody have any recommendations?

	I'm completely unfamiliar with accessing Apple II resources
(video, DOS, sound, &c.) from assembly, though I'm sure it's NOTHING like 
Intel machines.

	Also, where can I find an assembler for the Apple II? I'd prefer
something cheap/free. Does anyone still sell development tools like this
for the Apple II?
