I believe the Eamon "Starter's Kit" and "Best of" collections were posted to
cba2 a few months ago...they should be on wuarchive.wustl.edu, possibly
grind.isca.uiowa.edu, and brownvm.brown.edu or utarlvm.utarl.edu (the latter
two via LISTSERV). Check wuarchive first.
