The GS had the mis-fortune to pioneer the ADB system so we got the early bugs.
Later ADB keyboards have the sockets "floating". That is, not rigidly mounted
on the keyboard PCB itself.
Instead of re-flowing the solder (and setting yourself up for the same thing
later on) run insulated wires from the socket pins to bare spots further
down the PC tracks. They are there - I wonder if someone foresaw all this???
No more problems...
