Where's GSTape?

Where can I get the GSTape backup software?  I need something that will let me
restore individual files from a backed up volume on tape.  I have a RamFAST D,
but that only backs up and restores full volumes.  I can't seem to get Archiver
or Salvation to even recognize the tape drive (perhaps because I can't get the
RF to put it in its volume list).  What's the best way to do this?  I have an
Apple 40MB SCSI tape drive.  Thanks!
