System 6.0.1 should contain support for ethertalk.  Note that I didn't say
it includes _software_ for ethertalk, but support for it.  Most likely,
you only get the necessary drivers and stuff when you buy the card.

Or, actually, the card hasn't come out yet, which would explain why the
drivers are missing.  It's theoretically possible that another system
software release would include that.
