More Plotting GS

I've downloaded the Plotting GS that fmlin posted in cba2 and found that
it is exactly similar to the version I have, ie. a demo version A without
sound, cannot save high scores and repeats after 8 levels.

However, in July issue of A+/Incider, Joe Kohn wrote the following in
Shareware Solutions page:

"Plotting is an incredible $25 strategy arcade shareware game"...[stuff
deleted]..."Plotting even comes with an editor that lets players create
their own levels and includes a two-player timed tournament mode as well. 
Complete with music and amusing animations,"

I would like to know if the game is EVER COMPLETED??  I believe it has
since Joe wrote the above in SS.  Can anyone upload the completed version
to cba2 or ccosun?
