It can't be done with software only. Let's see, the Apple II and PC have
both been around for more than a dozen years... I wonder how many times
this question has been asked... I wonder how many more times it will be
asked. ;-)

There is a product called the MatchPoint PC card that is an ISA board that
will let you read and write Apple II 5.25" disks in a PC 5.25" drive (I
only tried it on an XT with a 360K drive).

Which reminds me, the last time I answered this, I promised to dig up the
name and address of the maker of the MatchPoint card - guess I better do
that.
