Moving a GS icon to a Mac

Anyone have any idea how to move an icon on a GS to a Mac. (running 7.1)?

I did the Calvin & Hobbes icons. Each one represents a hard drive.
I want to do the same on my mac. But how can I get that damned
little picture out of the icon file?

Any ideas would be appreciated...
