	Ok, first of all, each filetype is assigned to a _category_
(You are getting categories and compression types mixed up)  Now each
category has a set of compression types.  For instance, one category
might do RLE+LZW+CRC-16..  Now you can have many different categories.
(the sample that comes with HP I believe has 20 categories)  If you
look at the very bottom of the source code you will see where the
compression types are assigned to their category.
