GSOS 6.0.1 extra disk drive

I have received and installed the upgraded OS. It seems to work just fine so
far (for me). However, I now have an extra 5.25 inch disk drive icon on the 
desktop. This was not there on GSOS 6. While I do have one 5.25 drive, I do
not have 2. I realize that the system can not determine if there is a second
drive by itself.  
	Is there some way I can disable the display of the second (phantom)
5.25 drive?
	If this is clearly spelled out in the docs, please be kind and simply
point me in that direction.
