Normally, it goes to three adjacent pins on the drive's jumper block.
Try the leftmost three or the rightmost three, or better still, look at the
jumpers, look at the SCSI ID of the drive, and figure out which jumpers
therefore determine the SCSI ID. The encoding is binary.
BTW, your news software seems to have problems. The FollowUp-To: Header either
is empty or reads <none>, making followups not impossible but a little more
stuff to type :)
