Well I don't pretend to understand the internal workings of the GS, but I
do get the gist of what you are saying here. My question is that if
programs couldn't take advantage of bank switching to add another 8megs,
could such a patch be used to create a ramdisk. Imagine, a GS with an
8meg ramdisk and 8megs of ram.
