Caveat: I haven't even seen one of these cards, but I know a little
about how they work.

The VOC can only be used in slot 3.  It requires some bus signals
which don't exist on other slots (namely the M2B0 "mega 2 bank 0"
indication).  I haven't heard of any problems using them on a ROM 03.

Other than what is supplied with the card?  Resource Central have some
programming reference material, I think, and there is further
information in the Programmers Reference for System 6 (on the Video
Overlay toolset).
