There is no usch package to my knowledge. There is the XVT-Package that allows
you to use the same code on Windows, Windows-NT, Macintosh, OS/2 PM, OSF/Motif,
Open Look and ASCII environments for Unix, DOS and VMS. Of course, it doesn't
support the //GS (that would be ridiculous, too, since the GS market is not
large enough to support such a power-tool).
