Are you implying that your DSP board will speed up existing software
that was written in a high level language (Orca/C for example), without
recompiling?
If not, then please be specific about what kind of "integer math" you
are talking about speeding up.
Since Orca/C only uses SANE for floating point numbers, and the
things I've written/ported don't do floating point math, a math coprocessor
with only SANE patches wouldn't personally do me very much good.
Something that could "automagically" speed up existing programs is
something I'd personally be interested in. (Of course, a Zip does this too!)
I realize that this likely isn't possible, I'm just trying to get concrete
details about what these cards are accelerating.
