Two problems here, my friend. First, you posted a Macintosh question to

Second, you do not have a valid username in your address. The address in
your message is:enter_your_userid_here@csi.uottawa.ca which is not a
recognized user by your host (csi.uottawa.ca).
Perhaps you need to actually go through the process of getting yourself
a real account so we can communicate with you.
