Bad idea.  A better solution would be to run the Installer, click on
the "Customize" button, find the "AppleShare" item, make sure the
correct disk is selected, and use the "Remove" button to remove all
AppleTalk-related items from your working system disk.

That is, assuming you aren't actually using AppleTalk.  If you _do_
want to use AppleTalk on occasion, you can get rid of the message by
using Finder's Icon Info command to deactivate the AppleShare File
System Translator (in the SYSTEM:FSTS folder).
