/RAM write protected?

Is there really noone who can tell me how to prevent this?

I've loaded ProTErm to my apple /ram, but find I can make no changes (in
preferences, etc.) because I get the msg. "volume write protected".

It may have something to do w/ the fact that ProTerm uses available ram
for scrollback buffer.....

any ideas?

thanks. - Louis
