Computist honesty ?

G'day !

Is there anyone out there who knows the people at Computist ? I would like
to find out whether my growing concerns about their honesty are justified.

I ordered back issues in February on my MasterCard, and my account was debited
in April. I then assumed that the back issues had been sent by surface mail
which can take quite some time since we're talking here of getting across
the pond from the USA to Australia. But I wouldn't expect it to take more
than 6 weeks, and unfortunately, more than 6 week's worth of water has passed
under many bridges.

So... if anyone has had bad experiences with Computist, or if anyone could
confidently vouch for their honesty, I'd be glad to hear from you !
