Comp.sys.apple2.programmer

I have been having difficulty reading the subject newsfeed and was wondering
if mine is an isolated problem.  When I attempt to access that group I get
as far as the first couple of entries and then get 6 "controlled core dump"
messages and finally get dumped out of the newsreader.  The first time I 
encountered this it seemed to be tied to message number 167.  By that I mean
whenever the index would have listed that message number and it's subject
line I got the "core dump" instead.  This afternoon I noticed the first
message listed in the index was 175 and the "core dump" now occurs at 177
instead of 167.  In any event I cannot get into the newsgroup at all since I
have read enough previous messages that the "core dump" occurs as soon as I
attempt to access the group.  I've seen a reference to one other user having
a similar problem but on another group (alt.something-or-other).  Since this
coincides pretty closely with the installation of the new comp.sys.apple2.xxx
groups I was curious if they could be related.
