You need either BinSCII or GSCII+. BinSCII is a small ProDOS-8
application which simply turns .BSQ into .SHK; GSCII+ is an NDA for the GS that
handles UUENCODE (for Unix), BinHex (for Mac), and BinSCII (for Apple II)
encoding and decoding. The .BSQ suffix indicates a ShrinkIT archive which has
been BinSCII'd, while .BSC is a file (not a .SHK file) which has been
BinSCII'd.
BinSCII is available on cco.caltech.edu in pub/apple2/PACKERS, but I
don't remember where I got GSCII+ from.
