I believe, that according to the docs that came with GS.Spy.2 that is
a warning biult into the init.  It's supposedly so you don't "accidently"
erase an unprotected volume.  The first time I got it I thought it was
a crash too.  I later deleted it because it caused to many conflicts with
my other DAs.
