Bank Street Writer help

I was going through my disk boxes recently, and ran across a box
of Bank Street Writer program and data disks.  I tried to look at the
files, but they require passwords to access them.  These are passwords
that I set when I first created the file, and now I can't remember what
they were.  

Does anyone know how I might be able to crack these passwords?  Obviously,
I could sit there and try and crack it by hand, but I'd rather not.  I'm
hoping that there is some sort of system utilies program, built in to 
BSW, or something like LockSmith.
