This may not be what you're looking for, but Davex has an external command
called VIEWDHR which will (surprise!) display DHR pictures. There is also
a command called VIEWHR to view HR pictures.
To those who own classic II's, check out Davex if you get a chance. It's a
neat Unix-like shell that sits on top of ProDOS. It allows you to
copy/move/rename/type/more/etc... files, redirect output, and a whole mess
of things you'd expect from a decent shell. It's fairly old, but it's
written by the Dave Lyons of System 6.0 fame and a darn good piece of work.
