I believe the latest version was 1.6, and it is present on almost any
recent AppleWorks modification program you buy these days, especially
those from JEM Software. It is certainly featured on AppleWorks 3.0
Companion Plus, from Quality Computers.
 
I'm sure it's also available from GEnie, but I can't confirm this since I
don't have access to GEnie here.
 
Certainly, if you are using AppleWorks 3.0 you should have patched it with
this program before using it. It corrects a number of horrible bugs. So,
for that matter, does AW3.0 Companion Plus. It's pretty much a "must have"
if you are using AW3.0.
