Rastan HD Installer anyone?

I'm looking for the patch program which allows one to install Rastan GS on a
hard drive. I asked about this about a month ago, but response was minimal.
I seem to recall one person telling me he'd send it to me, but he never
followed through. <sigh>

So, if anyone has the patch lying around, could you please email it to me ASAP.
I'm going to loose internet access very soon so I want to get this patch
quickly. Thanks
