I'd be interested to know what you think was a "bad" or "unique"
feature of version 1.3.  Please do try to find those details.

If you're thinking of 128k memory support (which includes support for
program libraries and more segments), that is also in 1.2.  The only
special feature that I know about in 1.3 is its support for SmartPort
devices, such as 3.5" drives.

There are some changes in the Kernel, such as the removal of IDSEARCH
and TREESEARCH, but I can't think of anything which is 1.3-specific.
