Where is the Budge stuff??

Thanks Joe, for eliminating that rumour.  My question now is, where
can I find these programs?  I have done some looking around, and I
haven't been able to find anything like it at all.  Of course, it might
have something to do with me doing my looking at 4 am....
 
On a related note, is the free & shareware mentioned in InCider posted
to the Net somewhere?  I am especially interested in Defender, but any 
other software (ie not just games) would be great...
